Good market value, sales info, and history. . We agreed to list about $10K higher than first suggestion. Sold in 3 days at full price! Ryan and his assistant were very helpful in staging the condo, helped remove marks on walls, and gave suggestions to make the unit as appealing as possible. Closing was uneventful, smooth and very convenient. I found Ryan always responsive to my calls and questions.

He walked me through the entire process, advocated for me and kept in communication with me so I always knew what to expect. Ryan went above and beyond the normal duties of a Realtor. He answered all of my questions whether it be about the process of buying a home, or where the main shutoff to the house was. We had a very quick timeline since I was trying to utilize the MSHDA grant and we got everything worked out! Best Agent in the Detroit Area! Ryan Lally has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he is responsive, available, and always pursues your best interest. Ryan was a lifesaver for me, after a poor experience with a different agent, Ryan stepped up in a big way, got my house listed and had a clear marketing strategy. He helped get my house to listing standards, such has exterior painting and fixing a porch rail that had broken. Unfortunately during the time the house was on the market, a pipe burst and we had to take the listing down for renovations to be complete. Ryan was a great asset during this process, going so far as to walk through the house during each stage of the renovation as I was currently living out of state and couldn't check on the progress. Once the house was re-listed after renovations were complete, Ryan did a great job navigating offers and negotiating the final cost. He was also very helpful in working with me during the closing process as I was out of the country and had a difficult schedule to work with. While this process took longer than expected with a burst pipe and renovation mid-listing period, I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this with any other listing agent than Ryan. I really cannot speak highly enough or recommend him enough to others, you will be impressed by his work ethic and great communication. 10/10 recommend!
